FAQ's
Q. Is it safe to take a cast of my baby's hands and feet?
A. Yes, we use only the safest top quality impression material which is non-toxic, non allergenic and bio degradable, it is used by dentists all over the world. Babies can be cast at any age.

Q. I do not consider myself to be very artistic, does this mean I will find your kits difficult to use?
A. You do not need to be artistic to use any of our kits.

Q. How long does it take for the impression material to set? Is it hard to remove from my baby's hand or foot?
A. You have around 3 minutes for the impression material to set and then the impression will roll off the hand or foot much like removing a sock or a glove.

Q. Can anything go wrong whilst taking a mould of my little one?
A. Firstly and most importantly no harm will come to your little one. It is highly recommended that our customers use the instructions as a clear concise guide. One possible problem area is as follows; Slow mixing of the impression material means that it will set before you place your little one's hand or foot into the mould. Using a timer on a watch or clock allows you to view the time for each stage of mixing, taking the mould and setting.

Q. How long does it take to do a mould?
A. Once you have placed your little one's hand or foot into the impression material mixture this takes around a minute.
Q. When is the best time to take a mould of my baby's hands or feet?
A. We recommend when little one is most relaxed i.e. determining your little ones moods - being happy, content, after a feed, or a bath with newborns as they tend to be asleep more often than not can be taken when they are sleeping.

Baby Shower Gift May 25, 2011
Reviewer: Julie Rowe from Gloucester, Gloucestershire United Kingdom
The gift was well received by the expectant mum and it was commented on as being unusual in that most of the casting kits seen by those present were for baby feet or hands.
I cannot comment on how well the product does in use as we are still a month away from the due date of this little individual.

Good product December 22, 2010
Reviewer: Simon Maloney from Walderslade, Chattam Kent United Kingdom
Just received this item which looks very good.  They price matched another website (although I didn't get the extra 10% off as their website promised.  (Admin  - apologies 10% extra now credited)

Delivery was about 5 days which is not bad considering the weather at the moment.
