Can I return an item?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases, so yes, you may easily return items.

• You can return most items for ANY reason within 45 days of receipt of your order.

• Returned products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition with all original materials and packaging.

Do you have a return timeframe?

• We must be notified of returns within 14 days after you receive your merchandise. We don't have to actually receive your items, but we request that you email us (sales@babyrepublic.co.uk) letting us know that your return is coming.

• Returned items must be received no later than 45 days after you receive your merchandise.

How do I ship a return back to you?

• For your protection and ours when returning items we recommend that you obtain a free receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

• As with most returns from online retailers, return shipping is paid by you unless the merchandise is faulty.

What is my refund amount?

• We will refund your credit card for the full amount you paid minus shipping costs unless the merchandise is faulty.

• We frequently offer free shipping promotions. If you received free shipping with your original order and you are not returning damaged merchandise, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund.

When will I get my refund?

• Returns are processed promptly and you can expect a refund within 7-10 days of our receipt of your returned merchandise.
